support from the District for this proposal.
Questions ranged from:

The amount of money
involved

Most district meets
are on the same day District IV would need around 54 officials, where do we get
them?
c.
Wasn’t the 2008 Representative Assembly clear
on this matter?
d.
Is this a safety
issue, if the state does this will the schools insurance carriers force them to
do implement this?
e.
Since most track meet
officials are volunteers, will they want to get paid?
