Leta and Steve reported on Jim Hudson’s condition, Steve Getsinger will replace Jim until he can get back on his feet

Reminder:  Schools wishing to host Winter District Tournaments must have a site agreement on file.  Check web site

Winter district tournament manager forms handed out.  Return to Director Frazer as soon as possible.

District IV enrollment fees not paid

1.      When traveling to the eastside, using officials from neutral associations, or at least split crews???

2.      On Westside using all officials from the same association??

f.         Prices for football and Soccer $8/$6

1.       Teams playing on eastside, fans charged $6/$4 (Tumwater, Ridgefield)

Individuals interested applying for an Officials position at the State Track meets must have applications postmarked no later than 12/10.

DISCUSSION

      1.  District IV 2009 amendments

1.  4.2.0 High School Classification

       a. Change the students counted toward classification as 10/11.

                2.  18.10.2 Transfer

a. A student may transfer one time from a private school to his/her public school of residence without a loss of eligibility provided the transfer occurs between school years.

                 3.  There may be two more????
