Review of By-law
Article 5.0
Discussion if the By-law was still appropriate. The By-law states “ Delegates are to
represent WIAA District IV at the Representative Assembly uninstructed unless
instructed to vote for or against a particular amendment by a two-thirds
majority vote of the District IV Executive Board” After considerable discussion a motion was
passed to amend the by-law to state “
any amendment presented by District IV, delegates will be uninstructed”
