Meet:      Tri- Meet ( Gaithersburg/ Damascus/ Blair)

 

The girls race was won by Abby Spitter in 20:14 followed by Johanna of Blair in 20:51.  
Then came the Hornets of Damascus as they took the next 8 places led by  Taylor Colbert (3rd ~21:16), 
Janna Domico(4th ~21:44), Amanda Zyzak (5th~21:48), Nicole Urps (6th~22:23), Chelsey McMinn (7th~ 22:24),
 Ellen Davis (8th~ 22:46), Emily McIlivired (9th~22:55) and Taylor King (10th~22:58)

This would lead the Damascus girls to a win over both Gaithersburg and Blair putting them atop 
of the division with a 2-0 record.

The boys race was dominated by Gaithersburg as they took 2nd-5th and 7th place and beat 
both Damascus and Blair to become 2-0 in the division.  But the individual race was won by 
Wil Zahorodny of Damascus in 16:51 as he led from start to finish. Right after Gaithersburg 
came the sophmores of Damascus with Ben and Jon Constantinides (8th and 9th), Thomas Arias (10th), 
 Billy Thane(11th), jr~ Sam Weeks (12th) and soph Tommy Creegan(13th), all of Damascus.
